DELIVERY AREAS

Daothé ships to mainland France and worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary according to the destination and the chosen shipping method.

DELIVERY METHODS IN MAINLAND FRANCE

Two delivery methods are offered for mainland France:

Home delivery is handled by Colissimo (La Poste). The delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation. The rate is €4.00 for any order under €40. Delivery is free for purchases of €40 or more.

Pickup point delivery is handled by Mondial Relay. The delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation. The rate is €3.00 for any order under €40. Delivery is free for purchases of €40 or more. The parcel is made available at the pickup point chosen by the customer at the time of ordering, for a period of fourteen days. After this period, the parcel is returned to Daothé.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Daothé ships its products worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination area. They are shown to the customer before the order is confirmed. The international delivery time is generally 7 to 21 business days. This time may vary depending on the destination country and any customs checks.

Any customs duties, local taxes or import fees applicable in the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer. Daothé cannot be held liable for additional delays related to customs procedures.

ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order is dispatched. This number allows you to follow the parcel's progress on the carrier's website.

RECEIVING THE ORDER

The order is delivered to the delivery address or pickup point indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided. In the event of an error in the delivery address making delivery impossible or causing the parcel to be returned, Daothé will refund the order, less the shipping costs incurred, upon receipt of the returned parcel.

The products travel at Daothé's risk. The transfer of risk to the customer takes place when the customer, or the third party designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the parcel, in accordance with article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code.

The customer is invited to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the products upon receipt of the parcel. If the parcel is damaged on receipt, the customer may make reservations with the carrier and inform Daothé as soon as possible by email at contact@daothe.com, attaching if possible photographs of the parcel and the products concerned. Daothé will then offer, at the customer's choice, either a replacement of the product or a full refund including shipping costs.

DELIVERY DELAY

Daothé does everything possible to meet the indicated delivery times. These times are given for information only and do not constitute a firm contractual commitment.

However, in accordance with article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code, if delivery has not taken place within the agreed time or, failing that, within thirty days of the order, the customer may terminate the contract by any means after having given Daothé formal notice to carry out the delivery within a reasonable additional period. In the event of termination of the contract, Daothé refunds all sums paid within fourteen days.

LEGAL WARRANTIES

All products sold on the site benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided for in articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code and from the warranty against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code.

Under the legal warranty of conformity, the consumer has a period of two years from receipt of the product to take action. The consumer may choose between replacement and refund of the product, at no cost. Under the warranty against hidden defects, the consumer may take action within two years from the discovery of the defect and obtain a full or partial refund of the product.
