Returns and Refunds

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

To exercise this right, simply send us a clear statement expressing your wish to withdraw, by post or email, specifying your first and last name, your address, the order reference and the items concerned. You may use the model withdrawal form made available to you Withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

The products must be returned to this same address, in their original packaging and in perfect condition, within fourteen days following notification of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.

The refund will be made within fourteen days from receipt of your withdrawal request. However, we may defer this refund until the returned products have been received or until you have provided proof of dispatch, whichever comes first. The refund covers the price of the items and the initial delivery costs up to the standard delivery rate. It is made using the same means of payment as that used for the purchase.

If the returned products have been depreciated as a result of handling other than that necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.

In accordance with article L.221-28, 5° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene. As tea is a food product, any sachet or packaging opened after receipt cannot be returned.
