Returns & Refunds
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
To exercise this right, simply send us a clear statement expressing your wish to withdraw, by mail or email, specifying your first name and last name, your address, the order reference and the items concerned. You can use the standard withdrawal form provided [link to insert], but this is not mandatory.

Products must be returned to the same address, in their original packaging and in perfect condition, within fourteen days following the communication of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Reimbursement will be made within fourteen days from the receipt of your withdrawal request. However, we may defer this reimbursement until the returned products are received or until you have provided proof of shipment, whichever event occurs first. The reimbursement covers the price of the items and the initial delivery costs up to the standard delivery rate. It will be made using the same payment method as that used during the purchase.
If the returned products have depreciated due to handling other than that necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, the reimbursement amount may be reduced proportionally.
In accordance with Article L.221-28, 5° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene. As tea is a food product, any sachet or packaging opened after receipt cannot be returned.
